I would like to extend sincere gratitude to Mr. Pule Tshwale of MiWay Insurance, who fulfilled the role of a claims advisor for my claim. The experience of having to claim for an accident and the stress and discomfort that comes along with the adjustment thereafter was tedious, but the consistent follow ups, the prompt responses and the professionalism shown by Mr. Tshwale made it all the more bearable. Thoroughly impressed by the amount of diligence, genuine interest and helpfulness shown throughout the process. Whatever the outcome, I definitely would maintain the same sentiment because his service's impeccable. So grateful! :)
