Miway insurance ****mers

I am a 3rd part I had an accident on the 30th of Sept 24. Miway client submitted a claim c***. Their client was driving on The turn left only lane while I was driving on the right which was turning left and proceeding straight. he went from turn left only to going straight that's when he bumbed me now miway insurance took 4months to assess this. We did AR report where their client admmited to be in the wrong now they say I was negligent how because I was on my lane. They requested me to make three quotations now they say they can only pay R11358. 95 from the quote amount of R21321. 48 and the 30% of R3566. 09 I am suppose to pay that. how this figures were calculated from the quote I don't know. I need my car fixed and my insurance can't help me because I passed a 30day claim period and they asked me to request a letter stating that I am not going to claim from my insurance and after 4months of assessment and the come with conclusion. I need help.
