My claim process has been seamless from the moment I called to report the accident and requesting emergency support to various engagements with MiWay representatives managing my claim. Relebogile, who is MiWay's claim assessor was thorough, professional and excellent in explaining the claim process, the checks that need to be undertaken to verify my claim and what I need to do to ensure all the requirements are met. I appreciate the flexibility in submitting information and documents. The fact that I received regular updated on my claim and related processes helped in understanding what may be happening.
