MiWay Insurance is the best for me

On the 4th of March 2018, i had break down i called MiWay for road assistence , Ronald Nkotsi picked up the phone I asked him ,to call me back as i ran out of airtime , he certainly called me back he also sent immediately the tow truck within 20 minutes the truck was on the scene.

He has an exceptional customer service which i would like him to keep it up to every customer and i rate him 10/10 for his excellent customer service

He also did a follow up after 20 minutes just to check if the truck has already arrived on the scene.

I thank him for not wasting my time as the car had already inconvenienced me.
