Miway Insurance ? Is it the right choice ?

I took my car to the local car wash and they forgot the radio on which lead to a tun down battery. I then requested roadside assist from the Miway helpline. The brake down vehicle came about 30 minutes later and could not jump my car with his mobile unit. He then put his jumper cables with the mobile unit onto the battery and this lead to a blown onboard computer box as shown in the diagnostic by my mechanic where they ended up towing the vehicle to. Now Miway claims that it’s not possible for that to happen and they are apparently investigate it. Meanwhile I’m on foot thanks to the Miway roadside assist neglegence. The brake down was never suppose to put two units onto the battery and he was suppose to put the whisper up and flicker down Dow.n to a avoid the surge going to the onboard computer. I am seriously disappointed in Miway Insurance.
