MiWay insurance is a **** you will suffer & cry
I had an accident 14 February 2023. It’s been 5 months and my car has not been fixed yet & I’m paying for a car which I’m not even driving. They took my car to Elda’s panel beaters who is an Indian fly by night panel beater, they claim they cannot find my Ford engine. The claim representative Thokozile and the assessor Chris are the most *********** people, they are never available & I have to chase them for updates. I am *** feed up! I’ve escalated this to dispute. Their managers is also never available. I’m frustrated & I’m now taking this to my lawayers. Miway does not value clients
