Miway insurance is a Really nightmare....

On September I was Hit by Ubbar vehicle that insured by Miway insurance. The driver jumped 4way stop and was in High Speed and hit my vehicle in the passengers side while was on the move my vehicle is damaged and undrivable, When he was asked why he didn't stop on 4way stop he claimed that he was in a hurry to pick up his clients and he did not see my vehicle and he didn't notice 4way stop. My vehicle lights were on and the streets lights were on.I had to taw my vehicle by myself home.Later on I was given insurance claim number by vehicle owner to register as third party for my vehicle to be fixed.Miway asked me to send my Documents to them which I did and for quotations I had to pay it by myself taw truck and Quotes fees. I sent everything to them that they asked. After a while they asked for witness statements. I had to look for the Police that attended the accident scene because they say their Driver is giving the different story about the accident according to him he was driving in the road that I was using but they have Accident Report Stating exactly what happened.For witness statements I went to Police Station to find the Policeman that were attended our Accident scene they wrote it and I sent it back to my way but even now I haven't received any feedback back nothing.Mybe they are looking for a loop holes not to fix my vehicle this is stressful..

YHOOO OOH MIWAY YOU REALLY DO THINGS YOUR WAY... Still waiting as I was waiting for 3mnth already pass. But you still have to wait...They requested witness statements that was served to them But still I have to wait were as I was running like headless chicken to get everything they requested... What is the use of Accident Report from Police Stations?If Miway will make you run around and still wait even though they have all the information of Accident . The Accident happened and it's clear what happened my vehicle was bumped by Miway vehicle on the left front rear side even the wheel joint of front left rear side is broken and left side passenger side is broken and the whole front part twisted to right...The Miway Vehicle jumped the pavement and was stopped by Lookout Hill Yard if that yard wasn't there I don't know.. That vehicle front was Damaged even the Airbags were out to show that it was in high. When it hit my vehicle. What a clear Accident... What ****ed me off I was Hit because the driver was in a hurry to pick up a client.. You can not ignore road signs because of client and on top of that you driving in a high speed..

What did I get out of my Claim from Miway Offer of R13000 n some Rands.Mind you my vehicle is Right off 1st quote n 2nd quote damage estimated value R115 000 for everything..No assessor was sent to assess my Vehicle Julia Ntinge and Miway management only offer R13000 some Rand this is a nonsense
