MiWay insurance is a ****

My son got involved in a car accident driving my car on the 20th of October 2023 around midnight. No police arrived at the scene, 1st help towing guy was the only person that came. He called me and said he'll be taking my son home, as that place was not safe. The following morning my son went to the police station to complete the statement. MiWay insurance postponed the car assessment 3 times, assessment meeting eventually happened after 2 weeks. Then I was informed by MiWay insurance that they will not be paying out as my son was intoxicated, yet the was no breathalyser not blood tests done. I paid R3030.00 from my own pocket for the towing of the car, storage R6900. They informed me that they will not be paying for the panel beating of the car. I have been paying all my premiums well since April 2023.
