Miway Insurance is ****

I was involved in accident three weeks ago, Miway towed my car for assessment and to the panelbeater . Now I’m informed that they only approved the external repairs for R8000 which I contribute R6000 and Miway R2000. The panel beater needs R28000 which my is not willing to because their assesser didn’t assess the mechanical damage but only the external damage.

1. I been paying this insurance for 12 years without a claim 2. They can’t ignore the mechanic if Miway towed the car on the road side 3. It took 3 weeks to inform to collect unrepaired car and R2000.
