MiWay insurance huge disappointment

MiWay does not offer value for money nor are they concerned about client relationships.

I have been trying to get a hold of them for weeks. They take so long to answer emails or resolve any form of a case or situation (if they answer at all). They are not helpful in any way shape or form and I am gravely disappointed.

I have been ghosted by a consultant for months and then handed over to another consultant which also hasn't rep**** to any of my queries and it is going on two months now. I have left a complaint twice and no body has gotten back to me.

I have emailed them to cancel my car insurance because of the lack of service and still no once has contacted me.

No man guys, this is not the way to do business.
