Miway Insurance Horror!

At my way your a customer only the moments your still paying your premiums once you make claim your a suspect and u must expect to be victimized.I being paying way for more than 6years now with 2x vehicles insured with any claims, unfortunately this year on the 30 marh one of vehicles got an accident while j was traveling to Limpopo for a Funeral.

This is one of the difficult moments I ever being into, but to Miway Insurance they treating me as a suspect and I must play a victim the process is one of the hell moments. When I joined the never requested friends testimonials about my driving experience only during the claiming process I'm required to produce 3x friends testimonials. When the accident happened it was a lockdown level 4 where no alcohol sale was allowed, but Miway Insurance the will still asked questions, if u didn't stop to buy alcohol.

Today 12-06-2020 around 18:00 pm there was an agent sent to my house to intergorate about the same accident. I didn't even get the name of the agent as He came without an appointment, the guy was very arrogant with no leve of professional from the way He knocked at the gate He was so rude from the start until the end.

This is my first claim after 6years of paying and I swear that I will never secomend Miway Insurance to anyone as they always go out there way to victimize client and always go extra mile just to avoid payout to assist clients in difficult moments as the suppose to do, they are doing the opposite.
