Miway insurance full of Excuses upon Excuses to not pay a valid unforseen breakage

Claims rejected due to *********** service provider. Tiles suddenly lifted in my home with loud popping sound. I called Miway to report and also reported to the that had taken temporary intervention to release the pressure building up causing these tiles to lift.. They now use the "poor workmanship and poor preparation" as an excuse to not honour the claim.. After me telling them and also showing them the temporary measures I had taken, if this was not done the entire floor would have all popped up. Where is the technical report stating the claim of proper material and workmanship and how was this floor intact with perfect tiles for the last 10 years.. Show me Miway
