Miway Insurance Emergency line

I am insured with MiWay insurance and on the 22nd of January 2019 my car would not start and I called them for roadside assistance. I must say Bradley the guy who was on the other line helped me so much. it was my first breakdown since I got my car in 2013 and he made the whole experience easy and was always in contact to check if I am OK. The tow truck arrived in less than 10min and again the driver was helpful in such a way that i did not have the Tow I to assist to tow away my car but he made a plan to tow it to the nearest Renault in Midrand. Bradley from MiWay even called my line manager at work to let them know i was experiencing car problems and I would be running late. i never knew that was part of my insurance when i took it out. Bradley kept in contact till the car was sorted out and i was able to get it back fixed at Renault. Even when I got to work he called to check if i arrived safely at work.
