Miway insurance

I put in a claim for my TV in May submitted all the necessary documents to them as asked. I'm stil waiting on feedback. They 1st asked for a quote I've send my qoute through , just to find out they've also got quotes from their side which was R4000 cheaper than what I've paid for my Tv. So every week i made contact with them as to what should I do further,evrry person im talking to said my claim handler wil call me back. Its nearly 3 months still no answer.
