Miway insurance

1 April 2022 a client of miway bumped into my car. The client gave through the details to get in contact with he's insurance(MiWay). Documents were requested from my side which I submitted. As months went by I was still struggling with the unsurance . I had to make contact numerous times,just to get the same response,to submit documents that was already submitted ,and still nothing came about the situation. I finally decided to make contact with the person that bumped into my car, for him to check from he's side if he can contact the insurance and ask as to what the hold up is. One of the consultants came back to me and said I should rather make contact with them and not with the client. The same request was mailed again that they need paper work which was resummited again. The process has been going on for months and months now . Today is the 19 of January 2023 and yet no payment for the fixing of my car has been made.
