Miway Insurance DROP DEAD !!!!!!!!!!!

I've had a claim with miway insurance in 2021.. someone had crashed into me.. I've had to pay R5000 access and have not been reimbursed for it.. it's going on 3 years now.. why hasn't miway's legal team not sorted this out for me... all they ever tell me is.. we're working on it.. and then drop dead for another year... this is really poor customer feedback.. I am very unhappy about how this is being handled and will be changing my insurer.. after 5 or 6 LOYAL years from ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
