MiWay Insurance done impressively

I got stuck on the intersection of M10 and Old Johannesburg Road in Pretoria at 16:30, after experiencing what appeared to be mechanical issues with my car, I called MiWay Insurance to assist and hopefully get me back on the road since I was travelling with my Family. I spoke to Tumisang who, after asking a million questions, assisted in acquiring a tow service to move me from the road and getting me to my residence, lengthy process I must say. The driver of the tow truck, Timothy arrived at 17:25. I was safely transported to my residence with no damage or hassles to the car. Tumisang constantly kept calling to check if I'm okay and if the tow truck had arrived, impressive I must say. He further explained to me how the claim process works and how this call, or rather claim, falls under my comprehensive cover and I need not worry about the finance, also how claim quotas are worked out and their financial limit, informative I do say, I understood. Overall, pretty good service received and I appreciated the check ups, even after I had arrived at my residence, means a lot.

It would assist if MiWay could had a list of Mechanical service providers at their disposal that could assist in such instances, that have been pre negotiated for the client.
