Miway Insurance Dispute

My story started in 2015. Where i had 4 house breakings in one year. With my 1st breaking i contacted Miway that was my insurance at that time. I contacted Miway where a Mr Prince telephonically contacted me and to the point of harrasment demand items missing times and exact dates when items were bought. I try to answered on the best of my ability. An assessor named Amanda Botha arrived at my house. Visibly irretated from the start refuse to put on more ****** items on my list. Demand bank statements from me. Demand to complete cell phone data of my where abouts. All were given in time frame that was requested. At the time i had a storage container. One night i was assailed by Ms Botha and several colleagues of hers. Accusing me i hiding my property and to disclose it. They began a search through my storage unit, destroying boxes and throwing out my possessions. That was incredible alarming and ******* with no search warrant. The next morning came back to my house and interrogate my for 4 hours. Threaten and verbally assaulted me to "confess" and admit i was lying. I weathered through this conduct and to the torture and interrogation of Ms Botha and her employees. Such "gestapo" tactics employed by Mieay insurance is shocking and clear violence of person's Constitutional rights. They rejected my claim by saying a deliberate ********** and dishonest act. I was allegedly admitted to mislead Miway and inflate the claim. Nothing was paid out. After that a retired magistrate that claims to work for Miway threaten me telephically not to go further with this case. Fingerprints were taken on the crime scene. After this interogation i had 3 more breakings. After 5 years the same Sergeant that investigate all these breakings that Miway allegedly said that i was lying about, received a positive fingerprint in my house that was picked up by LCRC unit. This ******** are wanted in several cases for housebreaking. He is wanted in Tableview and Muizenberg and they gave me his name and residence. Police is currently tracing the suspect. By all these losses i went through, the pain and humiliation i have to consider further legal avenues.
