MIWAY INSURANCE -Disgusting Service Delivery!! 4 months and still waiting...

<p>I reported an accident where someone reversed into me in Kyalami to MIWAY on 26th of February 2016 as well as at the Douglas dale police station on the same day. Miway has fixed my car but I had to pay the excess on behalf of the 3rd party until such time that Miway could recover the monies on my behalf. Miway has the offenders name, phone number and his current insurance details (OutsuranceOutsurance). However Miway failed to take down the important details of Police Case Number, vehicle reg and ID number of offender which I gave them when reporting the accident!! To date Miway has not called the police station to verify that the accident was actually reported!!! And now they expect me to find these important details I gave them in the first place!!! And which also are stated in the police report. So now I am short R3700 because they did not do their JOB PROPERLY!!!</p>
