Miway insurance delay in claims

I'm very disappointed with miway insurance. I have been paying the premiums for 3 years now. I was involved in an accident a month ago and i lodged a claim. I have been told to wait for validations and assessment. When i call or email to find out about the status of the claim they are busy bushing around the bush and i seriously need the. No one is taking me serious. This is heartbreaking.
