Miway Insurance decline my claim

I've lost my car on the 09th of May 2015 due to theft and i phoned Miway Insurance and notify them, a week later they told me that i'm the one who gave a person to stole my car yet i do have all keys with me including the spare key. They've showed me a footage but there is no part showing that i'm the one who gave the keys so now they've change the story they are now saying they cant pay because the car stole by the keys and if i asked them where is the Car they've said they've took it to panel beaters but now its not on the panel beaters its on the Pound.<br> The Person who assist us is Bryston and he is so rude on me and he says there is a ******** in my family who took the key and make a spare keys, so now I cant understand i'm so stressed.<br> <br> If i asked them the main reason why they decline the claim they first say its because the person stole the car stole it by the key and now they say its because the information its not the same.
