MiWay Insurance customer service

After receiving my annual review letter I contacted MiWay vehicle insurance and they were eagerly awaiting to assist me. The consultant made it quite painless to do a review of my cover, however it would have been appreciated if they contacted me before sending out a ridiculous annual increase.

The consultant's customer service was very pleasant.
