MiWay insurance consultants always treat me with utmost respect and they are diligent in terms of resolving the matter at hand. Except for one consultant by the name of Keneiloe Makhubo, she has been appointed to recover the excess for an accident that has occurred in May 2022, to date she hasn't come back nor even updated me of the progress even after numerous follow up emails I sent to her. Otherwise Mr Malebana gave me a comprehensive update with regards to recovery of excess claim of the current incident that occurred on 8th March 2024. I am happy with his service
