MiWay insurance company ***********

Absolutely ridiculous ***********. We paid extra on our insurance to have a rental vehicle when our vehicle would be at the panelbeaters. MiWay insurance authorised a pirate part for the number of the vehicle. It took them 5 days to react on the email that we aren't happy and we need the original. The rental we would have had for 10 days. The panelbeaters are still waiting for the number, but we had to return the rental, as MiWay only pay for 10 days. It is now for my own account, and still no number from MiWay. Absolutely ridiculous ********** insurance company. Stay away. I've already got some quotes from Santam, and they are cheaper with way less ****. Don't get caught by all the adverts and so called testimonials. Contact me if you want the truth.
