Miway insurance company ignores my claim C***0

On the 11th November 2019 I was bumped by Brydon a miway insurance company client he left me at the scene without even making sure I was taken care off as some of my agent's in the car were rushed to hospital, one of the reasons being he was under the influence of alcohol hence the reason to avoid police coming to the scene. A claim was logged by him to he's insurance the following day claim C*** and he refused to go with me to the police station for an accident report. I submitted all the required documents to miway for my car to be attended to since 14th November 2019 todate miway has since ignored me , I did make them aware that I will then deal with their client direct and even the client has gone silent on me and ignoring me. Please assist me in getting this mess out of my way as I am in sales and need a car to get my targets done.
