Miway Insurance Claim Issue

I did claim my TV to Miway insurance. They sent a technician to view and he made **** report. He did not even take pictures of my plugs. My tv has rust corrosion issue but he reported it as elect Power Surge issue. This is totally lie. I requested another technician report but miway insurance Palesa Mashilwane Legal Dispute Specialist refused and she responded my email and told me that i must pay it from my pocket.
