Miway Insurance - Claim & Excess Retrieval

In December 2025, I was involved in a car accident where I was rear ended at a traffic light. I immediately notified Miway and my claim and repair was dealt with swiftly. With the assistance of Bhavika Ramchendran and her persistence in following up with the the other Insured Parties Insurance she was successfully able to obtain my excess back. Bhavika Ramchendran kept me updated on a weekly basis regarding the progress of my claim after the initial escalation period had lapsed. Thank you again to Miway for the good service.
