MiWay Insurance Claim

After claiming for a cracked windscreen, I was surprised by the increase in the Excess as I have not claimed for anything in a few years. I was put through to a consultant named Vusi, who was very understanding of my plight. He could not reduce the excess, but did Offer to review my premium.

In short I am very happy, as they managed to reduce it, Off setting the increase in excess.
