Miway Insurance - Chat response Excellent
It was after 5.30 pm and I needed a no claim letter for another insurance company. I signed into Miway with my username & password, to see if I could find anthing online I could use. There was a Chat popup on the bottom right hand corner. Clicked on it and proceeded to ask how I could get such a letter. A consultant Kamogelo Modise responded and within five minutes she had already emailed a letter to me. I was so totally amazed. Thank you Miway and Staff. well done! 10 out of 10 on this interaction.
