MiWay Insurance Car *******

My experience with Miway is very bad, they promised peace of mind but im here stressed, I was driving my Renault Kwid 2024 Model when i got hit from the back recently, pushed to hit the car in front of me. I submitted a claim, the asked to bring the car to be assessed as it is driveable. My car is not even that bad, even inside of the bonnet, no damage is visible except those said by the assessor. I did not get assessment report, they just shown me a list of things needed to repair it, they called yesterday telling me my car is a write off and will be written off, they carried on saying it is repairable but they as MiWay chose not to repair it. They claim the cost of repair is over R150K, also that the car parts are hard to find hence they wont fix it. Everything about their assessment and conclusion was just verbally and telephonically, nothing tangible was shown to me. They told me they will settle the car with the bank, MiWay is basically trying to rip me of my car that is fairly new and likely stand a good chance to be repaired, i will never recommend MiWay to anyone. They lie to you when they want business but they will rob you of your hard earned car because it benefits them.
