Miway Insurance cancellation being delayed.

I have sent Miway Insurance a letter of cancellation, cancellation of a car insurance with them. I have requested that they send me a confirmation.

I keep on getting calls and emails saying that my insurance is still active and retentions department are still trying to get hold of me. I also left messages on their landline for various people Kagiso, Thelma, Nokuthula on *** and ***and also sent emails on their email addresses.

All I want is for MiWay to acknowledge and confirm the termination and do not debit in my bank account on the 25th
