Miway insurance cancelation

I've had car insurance with miway since last year, but I've been trying to cancel to cancel it. Everytime I speak to them on the phone they confirm that it is canceled, but they still debit every month. I've tried finding a cancelation link on their website, I can't find it. Worst insurance company ever.
