Miway Insurance - Call harassment
I am constantly being harassed by the call center contacting me. I have blocked and labeled your business number as spam and it's seems I'm not the only one. However, it's seems you have multiple business numbers registered to harass people. Has MiWay sent out communication to people about its adherence to the POPIA act and allowing people to unsubscribe? What baffles me more is how you obtained my contact details, as well who shared it with you. I have absolutely no interest in your insurance.

Kindly advise what action will be taken by the team at large. Also was any communication sent to the database specifying the POPIA act and people having the optio to unsubscribe. I've also not received feedback as to where you received my details from. It's concerning. Will await feedback on this.
