Miway Insurance call center is harassing me with numerous marketing

I have been receiving calls from the call center at Miway insurance for the better part of a year now trying to sell me insurance. Every time I ask for my name to be taken off their database I am told that it has been done but very soon after that I receive another call and the same thing keeps repeating. I am being harassed by this company and I need it to stop. I would have thought that with the new laws in place and having not given permission to this company to market that all harassment of this type would stop. I am now at the point where I would be willing to take legal action against this.
