I have been a customer of Miway for four years. During this time, I have had nothing but positive experiences. The claims that I have had to enter were hassle-free and were resolved quickly. On a few occasions I have reviewed my products to make sure the amounts paid are up to date with the service I expect - the Miway consultants have gone out of their way to assist me in this so that I get the best possible deal. So much so, that whenever another insurer contacts me to compare quotes, they very quickly have to admit that they cannot beat, or even match the deal that I am on. Recently I dealt with Mr. Thomas Mabitle in the Legal Department and his service was excellent.
