Miway insurance bad company

I logged a claim for a tyre since I had a tyre burst on a weekend, it took them 5 working days to assess my claim i had to do follow ups every single day, on theoutcome of the claim

I was told the repair cost for my tyre claim is over R6000 and therefore, my claim was rejected since the claim limit is R5000 Mind you my tyre is a 255/35 R19 runflat, they said they did a quotation with Point-S tyre shop and quoate was around R6600

However I was not given an opportunity to come with my own quotation for the same tyre I have on my car.

I have a Pirreli and I did a quotation with tyger wheel for a Pirreli and they quoated me R4700 including fitment and balancing.

Miway insurance is not a reputable company they'll do anything to reject a claim... stay away from Miway insurance.

I bought a new tyre myself I'm canceling all policies i have with them they are ******.
