Miway insurance are a disgrace

I’ve been struggling with my car insurance for over a month now my phone bill is over R2000 I’m dealing with tsepo,quinton,lesego,manger aarthi junior assistant,Celeste and Lebo being pushed back and fourth hearing they’ll call me back as soo. As they hear something that was never the case each and everyone of those people I’m mentioning are good at one thing it’s to lie,and say I’m sorry there after it’s normally I’ll call you back in the next few minutes but that also never happens,it’s more then a month now one assessor was sent out to dals in gardens Cape Town I then received a text saying that they working on my car it’s been 10days now yesterday I decided to give miway a phone call now I must hear that they sent another assessor out to check out my car and now he has written it of that after my claim went through and I received a text saying my car is being fixed I’m stressing hurting and this phone bill I must pay myself my monthly payment of a R1000 just went of for miway they are receiving the money but what am I getting after some guy drove into me on a red robot.pls pls pls help
