Miway Insurance - Andrew Forgwill

I rate Miway Insurance - 2 stars I rate Andrew Forgwill Miway Assessor- 5 stars

I'm not sure if I would recommend Miway to a friend. My reasons: - They are slow. My claim took about 1 and half months to finalise. According to them it should only take 14 working days. - Their app is non responsive at times. - You need to constantly call them to get feedback or status updates regarding your claim. - Miway still debted my account even after the claim was finalised and I had to call them repeatedly to ask for a refund.

If you are will to go through the above mentioned stuff, than I strongly recommend Miway to you.

My reasons for rating Andrew 5 stars: - He was very pleasant to deal with as he was very professional and helpful. The questions he asked were a bit confusing at times but he tries to explain and simplify things for you.
