MiWay Insurance Agent, Koketso Monyela Misled Me

What a ****! I got quoted R27000 by Haval Northcliff to fix my car. Miway then thought its too much, they sent their own assessor Tshepiso Nkgedi who went an asessed the car and came out with a quote of R17000. Mind you, Haval Northicliff has more items to be fixed in the car than the items quoted by Tshepiso, which begs the question: Is miway trying to put me on the backfoot by excluding important stuff that needs to be fixed in that car as per Haval Northicliff's diaganosis. Both quotes look waaaaay different its like either of them do not know what needs to be fixed in that really. But my insurer is meant to have my safety in their best interest. How is it that they missed some things that need to be fixed in that car, is it becuase they are trying to pay less as much as possible, compromising my safety? I dont get this.
