Miway Insurance -a sham

I took out insurance with Miway early this year. I specifically asked for car hire as I have found myself stranded without one before. This morning, unfortunately I was involved in a car accident. My car was towed away and when I called the insurance to ask for a rental car, I was informed that I did not agree to add that to my policy. This is a lie. I have since requested a recording of the call when I declined this offer. And am still waiting. Insurance companies do not care about their customers. I pay every month and this is the kind of treatment I get
