I had a claim for a windscreen, I downloaded the app, took a few minutes to register claim, and submitted. In under 5 min my claim was processed, an agent called me and he notified a windscreen company to come out to me to do the replacent. As I completed the call with him I got an sms from the windscreen repair company wit ref no. They will come during office hrs and replace windscreen..... No hassles no stories, the professional conduct and lightning fast efficiency levels was jus unreal..... Miway u guys rock!
