MiWay Insurance
I have been a loyal MiWay client for some years now, but now I am absolutely disgusted with MiWay Insurance. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. They tell you about all these nice services they provide that's included in your policy.
For example the drive me home service. I was told I need to book 2 days in advance, which I did. Then they said I must please make sure that I am on time when the drivers come to collect us. The only problem is that the drivers never pitched, I spoke with them over the phone but no one could give me answers as to where the drivers were. After waiting 45 min I made other arrangements and drove home self.
So in a nutshell, MiWay insurance advertise services (Which I pay for) which they most definitely do not deliver on.
