MiWay insurance

My experience with Miway insurance. My car involved in accident and it was written off. Miway requested settlement letter with the bank which expires after 14 days. I signed three agreement of loss forms with different figures of amount and the fourth one I refuse to sign. Miway delebaretly delay to paid the settlement so that they decrease my money. They keep on changing agreement forms with different figures. My money decreased from R4755,51 to R3627,89.

First settlement from the bank R158244.49 to R159372.11. I refuse to sign fourth agreement of loss. They final reached agreement with the bank to pay R158525.75 I don’t know how .According to prove of payment I received indicating that I will be paid R4474.25 which I didn’t receive yet.

I sense that I will be owning bank some money.
