<p>Today I was assisted by Busisiwe Shabangu with my car insurance, from Miway. They had messed up before but she managed to put a smile on my face and gave me a good premium. She took her time and even went an extra mile. Now this is what I call customer service. Being a face to face consultant to customers myself, Busi has met customer expectation and went beyond. I'm really happy with her service. </p>
