MiWay Insurance

So yesterday a Senior Consultant phoned me asking me about my current Car insurer. (all calls are recorded)

I proceeded to tell him I am happy with my current insurance and that I do not wish to change. He then suggest that he wants to do a credit check and I specifically told him not to as it will go onto my credit score as an enquiry.

I woke up this morning and TransUnion informed me 2 enquiries was done by MiWay insurance. Both were Credit checks.

This is an abso0lute @#$% Joke and again reminded me why I left them a couple of years ago!!!!

I am phoning later today to request the recording and I will take this matter into my own hands and get some Legal advice on the next steps!
