Miway Insurance

<p>I had an accident a week ago called meat and reported the incident took all 5th necessary steps my car was towed on the scene I was bumped, by a rescue vehicle on the drivers side and miway never made efforts to pursue the third party which is a Netcare vehicle to meet them halfway for the damages of my vehicle till today nothing is done. Am only told I need to pay 23000 for access fee how possible is that while am their clients and I needed them to proceed with the access fee to the third party and claim amount form them and pay for my vehicle. It's as if I do not have an insurance policy with miway at all. I requested miway to send me my policy contract of which I never received it up until today am careless and am.using public transport as this is inconceivable for me and my family.</p>
