MiWay Insurace dissappintment

The disappointment I have experienced with MiWay is the worst. They never informed me about their inflated access amount until it was time to claim. To top it off they dare order alternative parts for the car without even informing me about it. The entire audacity of the insurance to justify their behavior after calling them out. Why pay insurance if you will be paying most of the money to fix a car. I'm personally done with MiWay insurance and won't recommend it ever. My years of loyalty with them caused me to go back to them with my new vehicles only to be treated like this. To say I'm disappointed in them. NEVER AGAIN lesson learned
