Miway Insuance Useless
It took Miway 3 months to sort out a claim for two blown tyres due to hitting a pothole, then we have the car towed to Tiger Wheel and Tyre and the Face plate for the radio is missing and the cubby hole is lying on the floor and Renew-It in Strydom Park claim they know nothing about it. Now trying to get Miway to sort this out and it is even more a nightmare. DO NOT INSURE through Miway - they are pathetic and useless!

18 Jul 2023, 13:14It has taken you 3 months to do a simple claim for 2 tyres, the time spent wasted on phoning and sending emails back and forth to try and find out what is going on - that is not customer service. The battery for the Golf also had to be replaced because the car stood at Renew_It for 3 months - so you wasted your own companies money as well - but then its just a job right!
