Miway insanity

Good day just want to vent My vehicle was involved in an accident with a Miway client.... I'm the 3rd party and my vehicle was not insured(circumstances)

The Miway driver skipped a stop street hitting my vehicle causing it to go through a wall. My vehicle was written off and is uneconomical to repair

After 2 months Miway only offered me R9000... after calling and emailing them they made a new offer of R20000.... bear in mind my market value is at R122000

THEY SAY BECAUSE THEIR CLIENT BROKE THE LAW AND SKIPPED THE STOP SHE IS ONLY 75% QUILTY???? so I'm 25% for not braking the law ???

SO after salvage they want to offer me 75% of the value that's left of my vehicle but I have to pay 25% of their clients value.... I think this is ludicrous
