Miway increased premium by 70%

I had a premium of R1043 with them and I have made a claim of R65000 and all of a sudden my prenuim are increased by 70 % to R1750. I requested them to review this as I cant afford it its way to much, to my suprise i was not intertained and apparently they called me once and concluded what favors them. I enquired why my prenuim has changed and i got an sms that confirmed nothing was chnaged but todag a debit order of R1750 was deducted and they now claim that the message confirming no changed was to co firm that they going ahead with the new premium. I'm really disappointed by this and im now told there is nothing they can do. They only call a customer once and if they not available they do not make means to reach them.
